At SEP Media Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support at support@sepmediaentertainment.com to receive return instructions and the return address.
Once we approve your return request, we will provide all necessary details for the return shipment. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping to the country of origin
- Customs fees or import duties during return shipping are not covered by SEP Media Entertainment
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Partial Refunds (if applicable)

- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion)
Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or custom production, such as:
- Intimate or personal care goods (e.g., beauty or skincare items that contact skin directly)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items marked as non-returnable
